Just one? Not an easy question.
If I had to live with nothing else, I could live on sports drink alone.
Behind that I can live on Gu, but that gets old after about 20 miles. After that I need salt (either old school potatoes and salt, or salt stick). The previous comment of chips would work if they had to.
Of course, I would be better of just burning fat.
