Hey! My friend and I are driving down from Fort Bragg to run, and wondering if anybody might be willing to offer us somewhere to crash the night before (June7)? We are friendly and don't take up much space, a floor corner would suit us just fine  Alternatively, a campground or other safe overnight parking area and we can sleep in my truck. Just not familiar with the area. Thanks for any advice! (I am a CMT, and would be willing to trade a 1hr swedish, deep tissue, eastern blend (shiatsu & thai) massage for somewhere to stay) |

Hi, I have a tent cabin at the state park. I am running by myself and the tent cabins are for eight people. If you guys want to stay there I am open to it. and massage always works for trade, haha! let me know and I will give you the cabin number. I have it for the 7th and the 8th and am heading back the morning of the 9th.

I just confirmed my site and lucky I did. I was at a handicap site for some reason. I was able to switch though and so I have a tent cabin that sleeps 4, but allows for tents to be set up along side and up to 8 people. They do charge $8 for additional vehicles, so that would be required. Not sure if you are still looking for something or check this site anymore. I see you put this up a long time ago and the race is two weeks away. Please respond soon if you are still interested. Thanks.

Hey Craig. I'm coming up solo from Los Angeles on the 7th and running the 50K. Planned to stay at a motel and head back to LA after the run, possibly stick around for an extra night. We'll see how I feel. Was looking for a place to crash and came across your post. Still got tent cabin space? Trying to figure out what Tent Cabins you're talking about. The Big Basin ones, or something closer to the start or end? How were you planning to get the starting line? Drive down to HWY1 and bus it back up to the start? Sorry for all the questions. Just trying to figure it out.

No problem Mark, glad to hear from you. The tent cabin are at the Big Basin State Park. I have never done this event before so not sure how it works. I was thinking I would drive to the shuttle and that there would be parking there? I do still have space, it's just me. If you want to give me a call my number is 707-217-1031. I am from Sonoma
